1. Overview

Thank you for choosing Abu Hayyan School of Skills and Deen. We are committed to providing high-quality educational content and services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our digital courses and mentorship programs.

2. Digital Courses

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our courses, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or downloaded. We encourage you to review the course descriptions, free introductory materials, and prerequisites carefully before making a purchase.

However, we may consider a refund within 7 days of purchase under the following exceptional circumstances:

• A technical issue with our platform prevents you from accessing the course content, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• The course content was grossly misrepresented in its description.

3. Mentorship Programs

Refunds for mentorship programs are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to withdraw from a program, you must notify us in writing. Any refund offered will be prorated based on the portion of the program already completed and may be subject to an administrative fee.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@abuhayyan.com.ng with the following information:

• Your full name and the email address used for purchase.
• The name of the course or program.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number from Flutterwave).
• A detailed reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 7-10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Any downloadable resources, completed mentorship sessions, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
